Eric Petrusma – Managing Director B.Bus(Acc), CA, CDec
As Managing Director, Eric oversees the strategic, operational and financial functions of the iPlan group. He also is a member of the Compliance Committee. Eric joined iPlan in 2000, became a Director in 2003 and since then has been involved in senior management following a period as an adviser.
Eric graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. After a career in accounting, including running his own practice, he moved into the Financial Planning industry to utilise his financial and organisational skills with a growing and innovative company. Eric has been pivotal in the development and leadership of iPlan.
Grant Loechel - Senior Financial Adviser Master F.P., CFP, JP (Qual)

Grant Loechel is one of iPlan's founding Directors and a Senior Financial Adviser. Grant launched his financial planning career in the early 1990s and in the following years has earned a distinguished reputation for outstanding investment planning and advice. Grant is a practicing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) working actively with clients on a daily basis. Grant holds a Master of Financial Planning, a Diploma in Financial Planning and is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). He is also a member if the Financial Planning Association of Australia. While the clients he has worked with over the years are too many to mention, the common thread is each and every client's delight in the financial solutions he implemented for them. Grant was also pivotal in the formulation of the iPlan solution - an innovative investment vehicle that allows people to free up more money for investment without unduly sacrificing their current lifestyles.
David Ward - Business Development Manager AFPA, FALA, JP (C.Dec)
David Ward is one of iPlan’s Directors and is the organisation's Business Development Manager. With more than two decades of industry experience behind him, David has built a formidable reputation as a committed financial planner and mentor.
As Business Development Manager, David spends time overseeing and sharing his considerable skill with other iPlan financial planners. David is a member of the Australian Lifewriters Association and the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
